General
Yes — you're welcome to bring your own bike, as long as it is electric (please note: pedal bikes are not permitted).
We kindly ask that you book your child into the appropriate age group session, even if using their own bike, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all riders.
Yes. All Volt MX sessions now take place at our outdoor venue, and we no longer operate from an indoor facility.
No. We welcome riders of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced riders.
Absolutely. Our beginner sessions are designed to introduce new riders to motocross in a safe, supportive environment, with guidance from our experienced instructors throughout.
We run sessions from age 3 upwards. If you're unsure which session is suitable, feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
We provide all the required protective equipment for your ride. If you have your own approved riding gear, you're welcome to bring and use it.
We run sessions in most weather conditions unless severe weather creates a safety risk. If we need to cancel or postpone a session due to the weather, we'll let you know as soon as possible. However, as conditions can change quickly, we may not be able to confirm whether a session will go ahead until a few hours beforehand.We recommend dressing for the forecast and bringing appropriate clothing, including a waterproof jacket, sun cream and a sun hat where appropriate.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting muddy. We recommend:Long-sleeved topsLong trousersTrainers or other sturdy, closed-toe footwear
For safety reasons, please do not wear sandals, open-toe shoes, skirts, dresses or shorts.
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your session starts. This gives us enough time to check you in, complete any necessary paperwork and fit your safety equipment.If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your session beyond its scheduled finish time.
Yes. All riders must complete a waiver at the track before taking part. Riders under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver on their behalf.
Yes. Family and friends are welcome to watch from the designated spectator areas. We ask that everyone follows any safety instructions provided by our team.
Yes, we have plenty of free parking available on site.
We don't have a designated seating area, but you're very welcome to bring your own camping or folding chairs.
Yes, toilet facilities are available on site.
We don't currently have refreshments available to purchase, so we recommend bringing your own drinks and snacks. Riding can be physically demanding, so it's important to stay hydrated.
Yes. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they remain on a lead at all times. Please remember to clean up after your dog.
Yes. We welcome group bookings for friends, families, schools, clubs and corporate events. If you're planning a larger booking, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.
Yes, exclusive booking is available. Please contact us to discuss availability, pricing and the best option for your group.
